After selling our home in the Bay Area, we were unsure of where we were going to purchase our next house. We were looking for a new build, a slower pace of life, and a country setting. Many weekend trips to Murphy’s and Arnold had taken us past the quaint town of Copperopolis several times over the past few years, but we had no idea that Copper Valley existed. The week after selling our home, we had planned to take a trip to Murphys. This time as we were passing through Copperopolis, we noticed a billboard advertising new homes. We made an appointment with the sales office and came to tour the model homes at Quail Creek the next day. As soon as we drove through the gates of Copper Valley, we knew this was a magical place. It has everything and more that we ever dreamed of in a community. Three months later we were living in our dream home in Quail Creek and could not be happier!
